Position Due to continued growth, a Senior Security Technician position has become available within the Western Sydney team. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for the installation, service, commissioning and technical delivery of enterprise access control and integrated security systems across major government and commercial sites throughout metropolitan Sydney. Responsibilities will include: Installing, servicing and commissioning enterprise access control and intruder detection systems, including Integriti. Diagnosing, fault-finding and programming complex integrated security systems. Completing controller configuration, testing and final system commissioning. Providing on-site technical support and system handovers to clients and project teams. Maintaining commissioning documentation, testing records and project paperwork. Working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification. Candidate The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working across integrated electronic security systems, with strong commissioning and fault-finding capabilities. Previous exposure to government, commercial or critical infrastructure projects will be highly regarded. You will be technically confident, capable of working autonomously, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. The key attributes of an ideal candidate would include: Current Inner Range Integriti Certification. Strong experience installing, servicing and commissioning integrated security systems. Advanced fault-finding, programming and controller configuration skills. Current NSW Security Licence and Open Cabling Licence. Experience working across commercial, government or institutional security projects. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and liaise with clients and project teams.
