Our location just out of Mildura, Red Cliffs, is a renowned table grape growing region of Australia. Operating for over 25 years, our farms grow premium table grapes that are distributed around Australia and beyond. About the role As Farm Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing farming operations across the season, from growing programs through to harvest execution. You will manage people, resources, schedules and operational programs to ensure work is planned well, delivered efficiently and aligned with business goals. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily farm operations to support production, quality, safety and business objectives. Managing harvest operations, including workforce planning, rostering, task allocation and productivity tracking. Developing and coordinating growing schedules, irrigation, chemical and fertiliser programs, soil monitoring, pest management and crop health activities. Monitoring crop performance and maintaining quality control standards across all stages of production. Leading, motivating and managing a diverse workforce, including directly employed, seasonal and contract staff. Supporting budgets, crop estimates, harvest schedules, inventories and growing budget performance in conjunction with the Commercial Director. Maintaining accurate farm records and ensuring operations meet WHS, food safety, certification, employment and regulatory requirements. About you You are a practical, capable and confident farm leader who understands the pace and pressure of large-scale farming operations. You know how to plan ahead, make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment and bring people with you. You will bring: Proven experience managing farm operations, ideally within table grapes, vineyards or a similar horticultural environment. Strong knowledge of crop production, irrigation, pest control, chemical and fertiliser programs. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage people, schedules, budgets and competing priorities. A proactive, reliable and improvement-focused approach, with a strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement. While experience in a Farm Manager role is highly regarded, we are also open to applicants with strong table grape knowledge, hands-on farming experience and the drive to step up, learn and grow into a broader farm management role.
