16th June, 2026 Hobart based - hybrid working environment 12 month contract $350 per day inclusive super ITIL environment experience wanted We’re seeking a customer-focused Service Desk Support Officer to join a high-performing IT Service Delivery team supporting enterprise users in a large, complex environment. This is a 12-month contract based in Hobart , offering the opportunity to work across both BAU support and exciting End User Computing (EUC) initiatives. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, resolving incidents and service requests while delivering an exceptional end-user experience. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 IT support across incidents and service requests Respond to queries via ServiceNow, phone, and walk-ups Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and customer-focused manner Work within an ITIL Service Management framework Assist with continuous service improvement and process enhancements Support EUC-related initiatives (VDI, OS hardening, Evergreen environment) Manage workload effectively across competing priorities What You’ll Bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Service Desk / IT Support role Experience working in an ITIL-driven environment Strong experience with ITSM tools (ideally ServiceNow) Proven ability to resolve first-level incidents and requests Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience supporting remote users and distributed teams Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing demands How to Apply If you're ready to take on the next challenge in your career and you think you can bring your passion to this exciting role, then please click on 'Apply Now' to submit your cover letter and resume.
