The successful applicant will be responsible for: Managing projects from commencement through to completion Overseeing project budgets, procurement, and programme delivery Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders Driving safety, quality, and commercial outcomes Managing project reporting and client communication Identifying and mitigating project risks Working closely with site teams to ensure successful delivery Maintaining programme milestones and project profitability What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial or multi-residential construction Experience delivering high-rise residential projects highly regarded Strong financial, contractual, and programme management skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and consultant teams Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline Gemco Recruitment was established in Australia in 2010 and specialises within the construction sector.
