The Role: As the Lead Educator of our 2–3 year old studio, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing and inspiring environment where children and educators thrive together. You will lead your team with purpose, designing meaningful learning experiences and engaging environments that spark curiosity, encourage exploration, and support every child’s development. You will champion every child’s rights, celebrate childhood as an important stage of life, and build strong partnerships with families by recognising them as a child’s first and most important community. With a commitment to excellence, you will embed national early childhood principles into your daily practice, creating a high-quality learning environment where children feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. About You: You bring heart, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early learning. You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable, and supported. You also have: An Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently studying). Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion. A commitment to child and cultural safety.
