Supports and provides collaborative, appropriate, proficient, coordinated direct and indirect clinical care for complex client presentations, including working with and alongside less experienced nursing and midwifery staff, within the specialty area. Utilises expert clinical knowledge working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. This role involves managing a mental health clinical caseload with a focus on cultural safety, evidence-based practice, and extensive experience in both acute and community mental health services. It requires undertaking case management for mental health clients in a remote setting and a willingness to travel regionally by light aircraft and/or 4WD. Applicants must have experience driving a manual vehicle and be eligible to obtain an NT drivers licence. Whilst a postgraduate qualification is an essential requirement for ongoing appointment to this vacancy, all applicants will be assessed. If the most suitable applicant does not hold the qualification, they may be appointed on a fixed basis with ongoing appointment subject to attaining the qualification during the fixed term.
