The role You'll manage your own portfolio of corporate clients, providing strategic immigration advice across a broad range of complex matters. Working with minimal supervision, you'll become a trusted adviser to clients while contributing to the firm's continued growth. Your responsibilities will include: Advising on complex Australian migration matters, including skilled, employer-sponsored and investment visas. Managing matters from initial instruction through to successful outcome. Developing tailored immigration strategies for corporate and individual clients. Preparing high-quality applications, submissions and advocacy to the Department of Home Affairs. Building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Supporting business development initiatives, networking and thought leadership. Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture. About you You will be an experienced migration professional who enjoys combining technical excellence with commercial advice. Minimum 5 years PQE Experience working with corporate clients Current OMARA registration (or relevant legal qualifications). Extensive experience managing Australian migration matters autonomously. Strong technical knowledge of employer-sponsored, skilled and investment visa pathways. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Commercial acumen and a client-focused approach.
