Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes. Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and vehicles safely Report progress, issues, and requirements to management Pest and disease identification and treatment Maintaining high horticultural standards and attention to detail What you’ll bring: You will be a mature and reliable with high attention to detail who strives to exceed client expectations. You enjoy being hands on with your team and passing on your extensive knowledge and experience to junior team members.
