Job Description We are seeking a proactive Database Analyst to take the lead on managing and extracting data from our CRM database, analysing and interpreting that information to spot key trends and movements in the market. As a member of the team, some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions within the South Sydney industrial & logistics market, covering both Colliers and competitor activity. Monitor and manage lease expiry data across key assets to support proactive leasing strategies. Track and update the status of deals, including transactions completed and those currently in progress. Identify and communicate key trends, insights, and opportunities within the South Sydney market. Support brokers and internal teams with accurate market intelligence and data-driven insights. Collaborate with research and operations teams to ensure consistency across platforms and reporting.
