Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity In this specialist role, you will lead an anatomical portfolio that underpins exceptional teaching and surgical training. You will apply expertise in anatomical sciences and mortuary background to support students, academics, and external partners. What you will deliver: Lead a specialist anatomical portfolio, aligning services and resources with departmental and external teaching needs. Perform core laboratory duties; ,, ensuring respectful, safe handling of all cadaveric material. Prepare and maintain cadaveric and anatomical specimens for undergraduate & post graduate classes, exam assessments, surgical skills workshops and museum collections. Set up and support practical teaching sessions and surgical skills workshops for internal and external groups. Supervise and mentor staff within your portfolio, driving continuous improvement and service excellence. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a tertiary qualification in anatomy or a closely related biological science discipline. Bring at least five years’ experience in anatomical services, mortuary practice or similar laboratory environments. Demonstrate strong skills in cadaveric specimen preparation techniques for teaching and research. Possess leadership experience coordinating people, workloads and resources within a complex or multidisciplinary setting. Maintain meticulous records and understand compliance requirements, including relevant human tissue and safety legislation.
