Job Description Implement a personal sales call plan with regular follow-up and adapt as needed based on market demands. Develop and implement follow-up plans for prospective business leads. Administration of Events and proposals Conduct market research to identify and source new MICE and leisure business opportunities. Use lost business contacts in Delphi to reactivate and convert past opportunities. Identify and convert qualified sales leads into revenue-generating business. Provide regular reporting on activity outcomes and insights to support decision-making. Qualifications Expereinece in events or marketing ideal ( not essential. Experience working with luxury brands in a similar or related role. Excellent communication skills - written & verbal, proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel and any other appropriate programs. Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders. Attention to detail and effective time management in all allocated tasks.
