The Role Reporting to the Director of Key Initiatives & Analytics, you’ll help deliver best-in-class pricing outcomes that balance strategic, commercial, and risk considerations. Working closely with the Credit & Pricing Strategy team, you’ll support the design, implementation, and monitoring of pricing frameworks that drive growth, profitability, and consistency across the business. Working collaboratively and partnering with teams across Sales, Risk, and Finance, you will deliver pricing-related projects and insights and contribute to the design of pricing segmentation, discount structures, and strategic pricing models. Key Responsibilities Analyse market dynamics and trends to identify pricing optimisation opportunities. Support the development, testing, and roll-out of pricing strategies that balance customer value and profitability. Manage and process deal-level and custom pricing requests, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer-centric delivery. Assess pricing requests to ensure alignment with profitability goals and strategic objectives. Compile and present pricing submissions for senior management approval, providing recommendations on margin, risk, and relationship value. Act as a trusted advisor for competitive pricing guidance across the business. Analyse and report on pricing performance to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. About You Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics). 2 years relevant analytic experience. Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience of using Tableau for visualisation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and competency with data analysis languages like SQL, Python / R. Strong cognitive thinking and communication skills: ability to communicate complex analyses to a variety of non-technical audiences. Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders from broad cross-functional teams.
