Our client is seeking a Service Coordinator to become an integral part of their team. This is a busy and rewarding role where you'll be the central point of contact for customers, managing bookings, coordinating schedules, providing updates and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Combining customer service, administration and coordination, this role would suit someone who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their workload and genuinely cares about delivering a positive customer experience. You'll be trusted to manage your day, communicate clearly with customers and work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
