This is a specialist role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives on targets and wants to master the skill that drives every successful real estate business: prospecting. This role is built around consistent, high-quality outbound prospecting. You’ll spend your time creating opportunities through genuine conversations with homeowners, identifying future sellers and building the pipeline that fuels the team's growth. Day in the Life: As Prospector, your focus is simple: create opportunities that fuel the team's future growth. You will be responsible for: Conducting high-volume outbound prospecting calls from the Cannon Hill office. Working targeted call lists including Just Listed, Just Sold, Past Appointments and Past Sales. Building genuine relationships with homeowners through meaningful conversations. Researching market insights, comparable sales and property information to add value to every call. Identifying seller motivation, timeframes and future opportunities. Generating qualified appointments and leads for Meagan. Handling objections professionally and confidently while maintaining a positive mindset. Maintaining accurate CRM records to strengthen future follow-up. Tracking activity, results and pipeline growth through clear KPIs About You This role will suit someone who is confident, resilient and motivated by results.
