Based in the heart of Woolloongabba, you'll join one of Brisbane's most established Place offices, working alongside 40 experienced sales professionals in a collaborative, energetic environment where success is celebrated and development is a genuine priority. About the role This isn't just another Co-Agent role. It's an opportunity to build the skills, confidence and client base needed to progress into your own Lead Agent career within the Place network. You'll receive daily exposure to listing presentations, negotiations, auction campaigns, prospecting strategies and client relationship management while being supported every step of the way. No two days are the same. You'll play a key role in every stage of the sales process, including: Lead generation and prospecting for potential buyers and sellers; Actively running listing campaigns alongside the Lead Agent; Hosting open homes and conducting private showings; Supporting Auction campaigns, including Auction Day activities; Scheduling and coordinating client meetings; Managing client databases efficiently; Participating in photoshoots and staging sessions; Overseeing building inspections, valuations, and pre-settlement procedures. To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven drive to succeed and an eagerness to grow your Real Estate career; Previous experience within the real estate industry; Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate; Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle; Available to work a six-day roster, including Saturdays (with Sundays free); Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve outstanding results; Confidence and great phone manner; and Strong written and verbal communication skills.
