· $72,000 – $82,000 per annum pay band · Above Modern Award wages · Generous programming and planning time · Four paid Professional Development days per year About the role · Lead and support a team of early years educators to deliver high-quality programs. · Plan and implement engaging learning experiences aligned with EYLF, VEYLDF and NQF requirements. · Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for children of all abilities. · Collaborate with families and the Centre Manager to support positive learning outcomes. · Maintain quality, compliance and documentation through observations, reporting and record management. What you’ll bring to the role: · A Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or above, and experience in a similar role. · Leadership capability, including the ability to build a positive team culture. · Excellent understanding of relevant policies, standards, and regulations. · Sound knowledge of the issues and needs that affect young children and their families. · Full Australian Working rights, Working with Children Check and Australian Drivers Licence.
