This role is the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. Position Details Fixed Term Contract until February 2027 – 55 hours per fortnight Roster: Monday to Friday 9am-3.30pm About the Role In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and reception support while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times Present professionally when interacting with residents, families, visitors, and external stakeholders Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner Greet residents, visitors, and contractors Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person Maintain a clean and organised reception/office area Sort and distribute mail and parcels Update and maintain records to support compliance Maintain and update client management databases Assist with new admissions, including preparing documentation and files Archiving and general administrative duties as required About You Friendly, approachable, and professional manner Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently Previous reception or administrative experience (desirable) Why Join Us?
