You will be comfortable operating within defined frameworks, governance processes and delivery models, while also being adaptable, proactive and commercially minded. Key responsibilities You will be responsible for: Supporting product and delivery teams across a portfolio of technology, innovation, AI and transformation initiatives Coordinating Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and delivery check-ins Tracking actions, risks, issues, dependencies and key delivery milestones Preparing portfolio updates, status reporting, governance packs and delivery insights Working closely with Product Managers, Delivery Leads, Business Analysts, Technology teams and senior stakeholders Supporting prioritisation, planning and coordination across multiple product and innovation workstreams Helping teams operate effectively within established frameworks, governance and delivery processes Identifying blockers early and supporting the team to maintain momentum Providing structure and coordination across software product delivery initiatives About you You will bring: Experience working with product teams, Agile squads, software delivery teams or innovation/transformation projects Strong understanding of Agile ways of working, including experience coordinating or running daily stand-ups Experience supporting smaller-scale transformation, product, software, digital or innovation initiatives Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder engagement skills Confidence working within established operating models, frameworks and governance structures Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams or workstreams Strong attention to detail across reporting, actions, risks and delivery updates A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the confidence to follow up and keep things moving An interest in AI, emerging technology, innovation and product-led delivery will be highly regarded This role may suit candidates with titles such as: Product Delivery Coordinator Portfolio Coordinator Delivery Coordinator Agile Project Coordinator Junior Product Manager Product Operations Coordinator Transformation Coordinator Digital Delivery Coordinator PMO Analyst with product or Agile delivery experience Why apply?
