Aspirante is partnering with a leading organisation building practical AI-enabled workflow solutions across its business. This role is suited to a Senior Business Analyst who has moved beyond traditional requirements gathering and can work hands-on with AI workflow prototypes, business processes and technical delivery teams. This is a role for someone who can understand a business problem, map how work is done today, identify where AI can create value, and translate that into clear requirements for agentic workflow solutions. About the role You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, technical specialists and AI delivery teams to support the discovery, design, testing and refinement of AI-enabled workflow solutions. The focus will be on understanding business processes, defining requirements, testing prototype workflows and ensuring AI-enabled solutions are practical, usable and aligned to business outcomes. Essential skills and experience Experience building, configuring or testing agentic workflow prototypes using tools such as n8n, Flowise, Langflow, OpenAI’s Agent Builder or similar platforms Comfort evaluating prompts, tool calls, agent behaviour, retrieval quality and workflow outputs during prototype testing Strong process mapping and workflow analysis skills, including current-state, future-state, exception paths and control points Ability to translate business problems into clear requirements for AI-enabled workflow solutions, including user stories, acceptance criteria and success measures Additional experience Business Analysis experience across digital, software, SaaS, automation, data, AI or technology-led transformation initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both business and technical teams Experience working in Agile delivery environments Ability to document requirements, workflows, risks, assumptions and solution outcomes clearly Curious, practical and comfortable working with emerging technology Why apply?
