You'll initially be delivering commercial projects ranging from $1.5M to $5M, with a strong pipeline of upcoming work already secured. As the business expands further into the new-build sector, you'll be part of a team trusted to deliver a diverse mix of commercial projects rather than being confined to one project type. The company is seeking a Site Manager with at least 4 years of experience delivering commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, or new-build projects. Exposure to both sectors will be highly regarded as the business continues to broaden its capabilities and project portfolio. Candidates with purely residential, civil or a lack of local experience will not be considered. The culture is built around experienced people who can run their projects with autonomy while still having access to support when required. The directors are construction professionals who remain actively involved in the business and have built a reputation for backing their staff, investing in systems, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors.
