You'll join a major commercial construction project in Melbourne's North-West, working alongside an experienced leadership team delivering stage one of a significant two-stage development. With stage one valued at approximately $150m and future stages already planned, you'll have the opportunity to become a key part of a project that will run for years rather than months. This is a role where your contribution will be seen. You'll take ownership of subcontract procurement, contract administration, cost control, variations, forecasting and financial reporting while working closely with the Project Manager and delivery team to drive strong commercial outcomes across the project. You'll have the backing of experienced leadership, established systems and a strong pipeline of work ahead.
