The role is primarily office-based, on the north side of Brisbane, with site visits generally taking place once per week. With a growing workload and exciting projects ahead, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business where your contribution will make a genuine impact. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating project timelines, procurement, and delivery schedules Liaising with builders, clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements Monitoring project costs, variations, and overall profitability Managing installation programs and site coordination Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard Ideally, you will have: Previous experience managing joinery, cabinet making, shopfitting, or commercial fit-out projects A trade background in cabinet making, joinery, shopfitting, or a related field (highly regarded but not essential) Strong organisational and communication skills The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously A proactive attitude and willingness to embrace new systems and processes Experience working with residential, multi-residential, or commercial construction projects Most importantly, The business is seeking someone with a positive attitude who can work collaboratively within a close-knit team.
