Permanent full-time employment Immediate start available Laverton location Rotating day and afternoon shift roster Afternoon shift loading Stable hours and long-term job security Opportunity to join a growing Australian manufacturing business Supportive team environment and ongoing training Shift Times This role operates on a rotating roster: Week 1: Day Shift - 6:00am to 2:00pm Week 2: Afternoon Shift - 2:00pm to 10:00pm About the Role Working within the Batching and Blending department, you will play an important role in the production process by preparing and mixing ingredients according to recipes and production schedules. Key responsibilities include: Reading and following production recipes Measuring and weighing ingredients accurately Loading ingredients into blending equipment Operating and monitoring machinery Completing production records and paperwork Performing quality checks Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Following food safety and workplace safety procedures About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience operating machinery in manufacturing, food production, warehousing or a similar environment Good reading and basic numerical skills Ability to follow recipes, quantities and production instructions accurately Strong attention to detail A reliable and positive attitude Ability to work effectively within a team Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Physical Requirements This role involves regular manual handling and lifting of ingredient bags weighing up to 25kg.
