Key responsibilities include: Reading and following production recipes Measuring and weighing ingredients accurately Loading ingredients into blending equipment Operating and monitoring machinery Completing production records and paperwork Performing quality checks Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Following food safety and workplace safety procedures About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience operating machinery in manufacturing, food production, warehousing or a similar environment Good reading and basic numerical skills Ability to follow recipes, quantities and production instructions accurately Strong attention to detail A reliable and positive attitude Ability to work effectively within a team Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Physical Requirements This role involves regular manual handling and lifting of ingredient bags weighing up to 25kg.
