About the Role In this position, you will support individuals with disabilities, helping them live independently, achieve their personal goals and reach their full potential. From assisting with daily routines to providing encouragement and companionship, every shift is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. We have both casual and permanent part-time opportunities available, across a range of different shift types and durations. What You’ll Be Doing Assisting with personal care, housekeeping, and daily living tasks Support mealtime routines and dietary needs Administer medication in line with care plans and training Carry out manual handling tasks, including hoisting Provide emotional support and meaningful companionship Supporting community access services Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies Maintain accurate documentation and reports What We’re Looking For A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities Someone reliable, empathetic, and aligned with person-centred care Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleepovers and weekends Experience within disability support or a similar care role (desireable) Experience or knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans (desireable) Essential Requirements Current Driver’s Licence (P2 or open) First Aid & CPR Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check) Why Join Us?
