About the Role Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? With part-time opportunities, we’re looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team in Maryborough. You will be based at the Maryborough Hub Services and work closely with internal and external stakeholders in ensuring quality care and independence is at the forefront of services provided. What You’ll Be Doing Assist with personal care, housekeeping, and daily living tasks Administer medication in line with care plans and training Provide emotional support and meaningful companionship Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies Maintain accurate documentation and reports What We’re Looking For A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities Experience within disability support or a similar care role (desired) Someone reliable, empathetic, and aligned with person-centred care Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, typically between 8am-4pm Monday-Friday Experience or knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) (highly regarded) Essential Requirements Current Driver’s Licence (P2 Minimum) Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Paid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) Paid QLD Blue Card Why Join Us?
