Our opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educators to join our brand-new Childcare Centre Park Ridge in Lancewood Street. This is a unique opportunity to have a genuine opportunity to help us build out and deliver programs across various age groups at Brisbane’s newest and highest quality service. Key Responsibilities: Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and staff. Observe and document children’s progress, ensuring individualised learning plans are in place. Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the quality of our educational programs. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all. Assist with open and close procedures as required. Assist with the continuous improvement of the rooms and centre. Engage with Centre Management with activities and initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education. At least 3 years’ experience delivering exceptional experiences as a Lead Educator. Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates. Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card). Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
