A rare opportunity has arisen to join the Retail Banking finance team in a Senior Finance Manager role. Your impact · Lead the coordination and delivery of core financial processes for the home loans portfolio, including performance reporting, forecasting and financial controls · Provide high-quality financial modelling and analysis to influence strategic, commercial and operational decisions · Deliver portfolio-level insights covering business drivers, pricing impacts, campaign initiatives and market dynamics · Support investment cases, product launches and major initiatives with strong financial discipline · Provide clear, commercially grounded insights to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership · Build trusted partnerships across Home Buying and Finance teams · Lead process improvement, simplification and capability uplift within the finance team · Foster a customer-focused, high-performing and inclusive team culture We’re interested in hearing from people who have: ·10 years' experience spanning Audit Commercial Finance in Retail Banking (essential) -CA/CPA with strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn complex financial information into clear, decision-driving insights · Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders · Advanced financial modelling and forecasting capability, with strong Excel skills · A continuous improvement mindset, with experience simplifying processes and lifting efficiency · Proven people leadership capability, building engaged and high-performing teams · Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver to deadlines · A strong risk mindset, underpinned by sound judgement and accountability -Full Australian working rights & fluent English skills Please click on Apply.
