The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a Construction Associate to join a reputable innovative law firm that has been established for over 30 years in Melbourne. You will work with a Partner who has been a finalist and won awards from Lawyers weekly, they have a mixed portfolio of front end and back end construction law that you will get exposure to. You will work on but not limited to, - Multi unit developments; - Multi storey apartment developments; - Owners corporation matters; - Industrial construction matters; - Subcontractor & consultant agreements and disputes; - Retail and commercial lease disputes; and - Construction finance matters. On Offer Pathway to grow to Partnership or as high as you want to go; Mentorship, guidance & career development; Strong portfolio of construction work; Hybrid & flexible working arrangements; and $110,000 - $150,000 subject to your experience. About you The ideal candidate will have; - At least 3 years of post admission experience within construction law. Candidates with more experience are strongly encouraged to apply; - Good time management skills; and - Good verbal and written skills.
