About You: Experience in stakeholder management within multidisciplinary settings. Experience in administrative roles. Demonstrated success in identifying inefficiencies and implementing processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and related systems. Experience providing administrative support to professional staff in health, disability, or education settings (desirable). Demonstrated experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems to maintain accurate client records, document service interactions, and support effective service coordination. Experience with Compass and OWNA is preferred.
