The Role: Working closely with the sales, administration, and operations teams, you'll provide day to day support while learning all aspects of the business. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers over the phone and via email Preparing quotations and sales documentation Supporting the sales team Maintaining customer records and company systems Assisting with scheduling, deliveries, and general administration Following up customer enquiries and quotations Providing general office support About You: 1-2 years previous office administration or customer service experience highly regarded Positive, reliable, and eager to learn Well organised with good attention to detail A confident communicator Friendly and enjoys working with people Proactive and willing to take initiative Previous experience isn't essential – your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
