THE ROLE Reporting to the Senior Talent Partner, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of technical and ICT roles, including Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, Product Managers and other specialist technology positions. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers across Australia and New Zealand to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes. With a significant volume of live vacancies, you’ll be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer, while building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract to start immediately. THE CRITERIA To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven experience recruiting technical or ICT professionals in either an agency or fast-paced in-house environment. Strong end-to-end recruitment capability with the ability to manage a high volume of vacancies. Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, Product Managers or similar technology professionals. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A proactive, self-managing approach with a strong focus on delivery, quality and continuous improvement. The ability to thrive in a KPI-driven environment where speed and candidate experience are equally important. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, with Teamtailor experience highly regarded. Exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot will be viewed favourably. This position is based in North Melbourne and requires five days per week in the office for the first two months, transitioning to four days per week thereafter.
