About the Opportunity As our Paid Media Manager, you’ll be Vision Australia’s paid media subject matter expert, providing specialist advice and recommendations to support paid media investment and campaign performance across fundraising, retail, client services, Seeing Eye Dogs and brand activity. Working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners, you’ll play a critical role in planning, coordinating and optimising paid media activity to help ensure paid media investment delivers measurable organisational outcomes. Working with multiple internal teams and agency partners, you'll coordinate a diverse portfolio of campaigns, provide expert paid media advice, and use data and insights to continually improve performance across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft and other digital channels. In this role you will also: Develop paid media recommendations, channel plans and campaign approaches aligned with organisational and campaign objectives. Translate business objectives and campaign requirements into effective paid media recommendations and execution plans. Manage paid media performance across all channels, working with agency partners and stakeholders to achieve agreed KPIs and business objectives. Manage day-to-day agency relationships, ensuring clear scope, accountability, and performance expectations. View the Position Description for this role About You You are an experienced paid media professional who enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholders, analysing campaign performance and finding opportunities to improve results. You have strong commercial and analytical skills and are confident partnering with agencies to review and optimise campaign performance.
