Monarch Labour Group is a construction company specialising in commercial construction and mining projects across WA. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this role, you will have: Certificate III in Carpentry (preferred, but not mandatory) and/or A minimum of three years' relevant experience. Demonstrated experience working on commercial construction projects. Reliable, hard-working, and team-focused. Essential Requirements Current Construction White Card. Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks. Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical assessment. Ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing. Commitment to workplace health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards. Two contactable professional referees. Work Safely at Heights certification (desirable). Current Driver Licence (desirable). Key Responsibilities Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Constructing, erecting, installing, renovating and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, wallboard and other materials. Studying drawings and specifications to determine material requirements, dimensions and installation procedures. Ordering and selecting timber and other construction materials. Assembling and nailing cut and shaped parts. Assembling prepared wood to form structures and fittings ready to install. Constructing concrete formwork.
