26th June, 2026 The Role To support Senior Financial Adviser(s) in the provision of advice and ongoing service. To facilitate accurate and timely advice implementation to the Private Wealth clients. Duties and Responsibilities Respond to all customer enquiries within agreed timeframes and in adherence with quality and compliance standards Execute accurate and efficient investment and superannuation advice implementation for clients. Timely follow up of items to ensure all matters have been completed and processed correctly Regularly liaise with the Advisers for Statement of Advice (SOA) and complex client Review implementations, providing status updates to the client, Adviser and Client Service Relationship (CSR) Maintain client files as per audit checklist Maintain client contact database Contribute ideas/suggestions during team meetings and one-on-one with the management team Skills & Experience 1-2 years previous experience Excellent communication skills Exposure to Investment products Knowledge of financial planning software If this sounds like you please apply via the link below or for a confidential discussion.
