The Opportunity We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Part-time Lifeguard, mid-week and weekend availability are required. What you’ll be doing Maintain a safe environment for all guests of Alba Thermal Springs & Spa Monitor the daily operations of the lifeguard department, including the First Aid Room Administer First Aid to guests when required Cleaning of debris and presentation of water in our pools About You You have recent experience in supervising guests in a Lifeguard capacity You have a Lifeguard qualification and First Aid Certificate You have previous experience in a 5 star property (highly regarded) You have the ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills You are capable, reliable and responsible You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia Why work with us We are committed to creating a workplace environment where individuals can thrive, grow and make a meaningful impact.
