About the Role As a Warehouse Forklift Operator & Pick Packers, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You’ll be working with modern systems and equipment in a clean, well-organised facility. Your responsibilities will include: Pick Packer: Work across temperature-controlled environments (-23 C to 25°C) Tugger Picking Ensuring all packed orders meet quality standards prior to staging for dispatch Working closely with the picking team to maintain a smooth, efficient pack line and meet daily throughput targets Maintaining a clean and safe packing station at all times Preparing orders for dispatch Receiving and processing incoming stock Working to daily KPIs while maintaining quality standards Forklift Operators: Work across temperature-controlled environments (-23 C to 25°C) Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently Loading and unloading trucks (inbound and outbound) Putaways, replenishment, and stock movements Supporting stocktakes, quality checks, and inventory accuracy Checking goods for damage and reporting any variances Assisting with general warehouse duties when required Working closely with the team to maintain workflow and meet targets What We’re Looking For Previous warehouse experience preferred (but not essential) Strong tugger picking experience Strong attention to detail Physically fit and able to be on your feet Reliable with strong attendance Positive attitude and team mindset Forklift licence (LF) advantageous but not required What We Offer • Brand new facility in Eastern Creek • Ongoing, stable work with growing volumes • Supportive leadership team • Clear growth pathways and opportunities • Investment in training and development Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre between 14-16 July.
