OSHC Nominated Supervisor (Off the Floor) | Northern Beaches Location: Northern Beaches, Sydney Full-Time | Permanent Position We are seeking a passionate and dedicated OSHC Nominated Supervisor to lead a well-established NFP Outside School Hours Care service located on Sydney's beautiful Lower Northern Beaches. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Coordinator or Nominated Supervisor who is passionate about creating engaging programs, building strong relationships with families, and leading a high-performing team. About the Role As the Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the service, ensuring compliance, quality outcomes, and exceptional experiences for children, families, and educators. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the OSHC service Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation Manage staffing rosters, recruitment, and performance development Build positive relationships with children, families, school leadership, and the local community Oversee compliance, budgets, occupancy, and service performance Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous leadership experience within OSHC, childcare, or education settings Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, and Child Safe Standards Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to lead and inspire teams Strong organisational and administrative capabilities Current Working With Children Check Relevant qualifications in Education, Children's Services, Community Services, or a related field Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain) What's on Offer?
