JewishCare NSW is continuing to build capability across its aged care and disability services. We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead teams across Support at Home, NDIS, SIL and day programs, bringing greater consistency, structure and workforce capability across services. You’ll stay close to the day-to-day, working with a capable leadership team to improve systems, processes and outcomes over time. WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead and support frontline teams delivering aged care and disability services Strengthen onboarding, training and support for support workers Oversee workforce planning, rostering and day-to-day operations Reinforce clear expectations and follow-through across the team Work closely with clinical, care and leadership teams AND YOU ARE At your best when bringing order to complexity, helping teams find clarity, confidence and direction without losing sight of the people behind the work.
