Your duties will include: Liaise effectively with tenants and landlords Manage leasing and portfolio administration Work towards achievable targets and KPIs Benefit from a competitive commission structure and an excellent salary package Skills and requirements Agent Representative Certificate and valid police check Minimum of 2 years of property management experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and colleagues. Preferred but not required knowledge of Property Me software. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines. Legislation knowledge pertaining to property management. A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
