Who we’re looking for? 3–4 years’ proven experience in occupier transaction management, account management, or a closely related corporate real estate role, ideally with office occupier exposure. A qualified real estate professional, holding a relevant Real Estate qualification and Estate Agent registration. Confident managing multiple live transactions and priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑driven setting. Organised, detail‑focused and able to step into an established portfolio to maintain continuity with minimal ramp‑up. The role As an Associate Director, Account Management, you will manage occupier transactions and account delivery for a portfolio of corporate office clients within Knight Frank’s Occupier team based in Sydney. This hands on, client facing role offers the opportunity to step into an established portfolio, working in a collaborative, hybrid environment during a parental leave cover period. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple occupier transactions across a portfolio of corporate office clients. Act as the day to day contact for client accounts, delivering responsive service, clear communication and regular reporting. Oversee transaction activity from instruction through to completion, maintaining momentum across parallel matters. Coordinate account administration and reporting with a strong focus on accuracy and follow through. Balance urgent client needs with longer term account objectives in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
