Each business settles in the range of $55 million per year - approximately $4–$5 million per month - and specialises in complex residential lending including self-employed borrowers, SMSF lending, trusts, and intricate loan structures. This is not a transactional volume game; these are brokerages that pride themselves on quality advice, strong client relationships, and doing the hard work that others won't. About The Role These are PAYG broking roles designed for high performers who are ready to step into a well-supported environment and hit the ground running. You'll be working on a quality book of complex residential lending - the kind of work that genuinely challenges you and builds your skills. You won't be starting from scratch. These businesses have warm referral pipelines and established client bases, meaning you'll have the support and structure to perform at your best from day one. The role is full-time and on-site during probation, transitioning to genuine work-from-home flexibility once you're settled and performing. What You'll Be Doing Managing and progressing a portfolio of residential mortgage applications from enquiry through to settlement Structuring complex loans for self-employed borrowers, SMSF, trusts and high-net-worth clients Conducting thorough needs analysis and providing tailored lending solutions Liaising with lenders, credit teams, solicitors, accountants and other key stakeholders Maintaining accurate and compliant loan files, notes and CRM records throughout the process Building and nurturing long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals Meeting and exceeding individual settlement targets in line with business expectations Keeping up to date with lender policy changes, product updates and compliance requirements About You You're not looking for hand-holding - you're a self-starter who knows how to manage a pipeline, structure a complex deal, and deliver results. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, and bring a consistent, professional approach every single day. The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Current and valid Australian Credit Licence/Authorised Credit Representative/Credit Representative Number - non-negotiable Cert IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years of stable, continuous experience as a mortgage broker in a PAYG capacity Proven track record of settling $4mil per month with residential loans - self-employed, SMSF, trust and complex structures highly regarded Experience with or knowledge of AFG aggregation (advantageous but not essential) Strong working knowledge of lender policies, credit assessment and compliance obligations Excellent communication skills - you build trust with HNW clients and can explain complex scenarios with clarity High attention to detail and strong organisational skills across a busy pipeline A proactive, go-getter attitude - you don't wait for leads to fall in your lap Stable employment history with a minimum of 2 years in previous roles Australian resident with full working rights Based in Brisbane and able to commit to full-time on-site during probation About Us At Integrate Recruitment, we specialise in connecting high-calibre professionals with quality employers across the finance and mortgage broking industry.
