THE ROLE: You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe and compliant operation of a multi-site property portfolio. This is a hands-on, fast-paced facilities role with exposure to both BAU and project work. Key responsibilities include: Managing reactive and planned maintenance across multiple NSW and interstate sites Coordinating contractor activity, compliance and SLA performance via FMClarity system Overseeing asset management, plant and equipment maintenance schedules Supporting facilities-related projects and office relocations as required Monitoring essential services including cleaning, security, waste and pest control Ensuring compliance with WHS, Australian Standards, and organisational policies WHAT'S ON OFFER: 6-week contract role Exposure to a large, diverse multi-site portfolio Opportunity to be involved in a significant office relocation project Supportive, values-driven team environment Genuine opportunity to add impact in a purpose-led organisation Hybrid working flexibility (1/2 days in office a week) ABOUT YOU: You are an experienced Facilities professional who thrives in a busy, multi-site environment and enjoys balancing reactive work with structured planning. You will bring: Strong experience in facilities, property or maintenance coordination (3 years ideal) Confident contractor and stakeholder management capability Experience using FMClarity or similar asset management systems (MaintainX, Safetyculture, Limble etc. Solid understanding of building services and compliance requirements Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach Ability to travel between sites as required Experience in large, complex or multi-site environments will be highly regarded.
