This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will coordinate maintenance activities, support your team on shift, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise teams of Mechanical Fitters and Electricians Coordinate breakdown response and fault-finding activities Drive preventative maintenance programs and equipment reliability Prioritise maintenance activities to minimise production downtime Promote and maintain a strong safety culture Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and site standards Coach, mentor and develop tradespeople and apprentices Manage shift handovers and maintenance reporting Support continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate closely with production teams to achieve operational targets About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Electrical or a related discipline Previous Maintenance Supervisor, Leading Hand or Team Leader experience Strong maintenance and reliability background within manufacturing, food processing, meat processing or heavy industry Proven ability to lead teams in a 24/7 production environment Excellent fault-finding, planning and problem-solving skills Strong communication and leadership capabilities Commitment to safety, accountability and team development Why Apply?
