The Opportunity: Attractive Hourly Rate Super Overtime on offer Permanent Full Time Opportunity / Free on-site parking Onsite psychologists & physiotherapists You will have a strong understanding of safety systems, including isolation and high-risk work practices knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment and high-pressure water blasting / hosing. The Role & About You: Safely operate high pressure water equipment for cleaning plant equipment, and work areas during down days and as required Perform cleaning, product removal, and clearing of blockages to support maintenance and production efficiency Ensure equipment and plant areas are properly prepared for maintenance activities during shutdowns Monitor the flow of raw materials and products into machines, adjusting valves and controls to specifications Operate concrete mixing, stacking, and splitting machines Set up and install molds and other machine fixtures Collect and examine samples for conformity to specifications and adjust machine settings accordingly Ensure product quality is in accordance with relevant specifications and that process checks are performed Maintain high housekeeping standards before, during, and after high pressure cleaning activities Skills & Experience: Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to safely operate high pressure water equipment Demonstrated understanding of workplace safety, particularly in high-risk environments Capable of working a rotating shift roster, including downtime/shutdown periods Strong time management and ability to work under pressure during shutdowns Team-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills Computer literate (data entry, MS Excel) Forklift License essential Operate a high-pressure water jetting system (Class A High Pressure Water) MSMWJ304 training preferred Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment Experience working during shutdowns/down days or maintenance activities (desirable) Previous experience using high pressure water equipment in an industrial setting (desirable) Experience in a quality assurance environment We are proud to be a WORK180 Endorsed Employer for Women; you can visit our WORK180 Page @ to find out more including a list of all our benefits and policies.
