This is a high quality practice excited about its future. The Role A rare opportunity now exists to join this group as Practice Manager. Tasked with overseeing a variety of daily practice functions including HR/staff leadership, financial management, marketing and promotion and quality improvement and risk management, this is a genuine leadership position for an experienced people manager offering responsibility and autonomy, decision making and influence. Lead the day-to-day operations and administration of the practice. Manage, support and develop the administrative team. Oversee financial management, billing and payroll processes (working closely with the bookkeeper) Build stakeholder relationships and support business growth. Ensure compliance with quality, safety and governance standards. Manage practice systems, IT, facilities and resources. Support strategic planning and continuous improvement with the Directors. About You This role is ideal for an experienced Medical Practice Manager with experience from within a specialist or GP medical environment and will demonstrate: Successful staff management and leadership through the setting and modelling of outstanding behaviour standards A history of developing staff to reach performance goals through the identification and mentoring of individuals' strengths High attention to detail and strong financial skills, including sound understanding of patient billing, accounting systems, and budgeting and reporting processes Experience in contemporary practice promotion using a mix of social media and traditional promotion activities Quality and risk management including practice safety and governance, SOP development and review Passion, empathy and a commitment to excellence in all that you do, say and lead Experience with AI tools for medical practices and be tech savvy Energy, initiative and curiosity to make things better The Offer Our client understands the value an experienced Practice Manager brings to their practice and offers an attractive annual salary circa $105k - $115k Super depending on experience.
