About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Motor Vehicle Accessory Fitters to join our friendly team. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and fault finding on vehicles Carry out auto electrical repairs including wiring, sensors, starters, alternators, and other electrical components. Conduct routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and preventative maintenance on various vehicles. Install and wire vehicle accessories including alarms, radios, lighting systems, and 4x4 electrical components. Complete 4x4 fit-outs, suspension upgrades, and accessory installations. Provide technical support, customer consultation, and recommendations for vehicle accessories and upgrades. Manage stock control, workplace safety compliance, and coordination of workshop personnel. What We’re looking for At least 2 years of proven experience as an Auto Electrician and/or Accessory Fitter within the automotive industry. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Experience with 4x4 fit-outs, suspension upgrades, and accessory installations is highly regarded. Sound knowledge of vehicle servicing, preventative maintenance, and mechanical repairs. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to provide technical advice and recommendations. Relevant trade qualifications and a current driver’s licence are highly desirable. What We Offer Attractive hourly rate, equivalent to an annual salary of $80,000–$100,000 , depending on experience, skills, and relevant qualifications. Housing support.
