Our client is a well established Australian engineering and manufacturing business that designs and supplies specialised process equipment to customers across Australia and internationally. They are seeking a reliable, highly organised and customer-focused Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a hands-on office-based role suited to someone who enjoys coordinating paperwork, supporting clients, working closely with technical and manufacturing teams, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from order placement through to delivery and invoicing. You will work closely with engineers, workshop and fabrication teams, suppliers and customers to help ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with customer requirements. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating customer orders from initial placement through to final invoicing Preparing, reviewing and maintaining project paperwork, schedules and progress reports Providing regular updates to clients and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner Assisting with the development and monitoring of manufacturing schedules Coordinating delivery and logistics requirements for projects Liaising with engineers, fabrication teams, suppliers and customers Participating in client meetings where required Developing an understanding of product specifications, fabrication requirements and project deliverables Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date To be successful, you will ideally have: Experience in project administration, project coordination, customer service or a similar role Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A calm, patient and professional approach when dealing with clients Strong attention to detail and confidence managing a high volume of paperwork The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion Some exposure to fabrication, sheet metal manufacturing, engineering, workshop or industrial environments The ability to read and interpret drawings or specifications would be advantageous Experience with logistics, manufacturing schedules, quality systems or technical projects would be highly regarded, but is not essential If you are a practical, organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys coordinating projects and ensuring the details are right, we encourage you to apply.
