The Role: We are looking for a Business Services Accountant (senior up to manager) who enjoys working as part of a team but is also able to manage their own workflow and portfolio of clients. This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, offering both advisory and compliance services. This role can be based in office (regional NSW) or remotely note applicants must be working in an Australian accounting firm for a minimum of 3 years to be considered Day to day: Compliance work such as preparing financial statements, tax returns for their client base Preparing and analysing management accounting reports Providing advice to clients on tax matters including GST, CGT and FBT Providing general advisory to a wide range of clients Reviewing work of junior staff as well as training/coaching About you: Completing or qualified CPA or CA qualified (or overseas equivalent). Minimum 2 years' experience in an Australian public practice firm. Competent with software including Xero and MYOB.
