Reporting to an experienced Financial Controller, you'll enjoy a broad, hands-on role with real ownership, senior stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to make a genuine impact. The Role You'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting while driving process improvements across the finance team. Your responsibilities will include: Fixed assets and lease accounting, including budgeting and forecasting Month-end accruals, journals and balance sheet reconciliations Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Reviewing reconciliations completed by the offshore shared services team Reviewing and uploading trial balances from non-core ERP systems Managing the R&D capitalisation process and supporting R&D tax claims Supporting statutory financial reporting and external audits Assisting with the Oracle finance transformation project Driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives About You You'll be a technically strong accountant who enjoys improving processes as much as delivering accurate reporting. You'll bring: CA or CPA qualification Big 4 or Mid Tier Chartered mover or industry experience Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills Experience with statutory reporting and external audits Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join?
