Why You'll Love Working Here Clear succession pathway into a future Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance Manager role Work alongside an experienced industry leader with structured mentoring Own end-to-end APVMA registrations across companion animal and livestock products Gain broad exposure across both Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Join a growing Australian animal health business with long-term career opportunities Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Manufacturing and Regulatory teams What You'll Be Doing Regulatory Affairs Manage end-to-end APVMA registrations for Category 7 & Category 8 products Prepare, submit and maintain regulatory dossiers and product registrations Ensure ongoing compliance with APVMA regulatory requirements Reduce reliance on external regulatory consultants through in-house expertise Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders Quality Assurance Manage APVMA GMP quality systems and compliance activities Oversee Release for Sale processes Manage Change Controls, Deviations and CAPA activities Support Supplier Qualification and quality oversight Maintain documentation and quality management systems Compliance & Continuous Improvement Assist with the implementation of FAMI-QS certification Support continuous improvement across regulatory and quality functions Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure compliance Identify opportunities to strengthen quality and regulatory processes Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Operations, Sales and Manufacturing teams Provide regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders Support technical and product-related initiatives where required Contribute to long-term business growth and succession planning Who We're Looking For Hands-on APVMA registration experience from start to finish Experience managing Category 7 & Category 8 veterinary medicine registrations Strong Regulatory Affairs background within animal health Experience working within APVMA GMP environments Strong Quality Assurance experience, including: Release for Sale Change Controls Deviations Supplier Qualification Quality Systems Management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a senior management position Highly Regarded Experience with FAMI-QS, FeedSafe or ISO Quality Systems Feed additive or animal nutrition industry experience Companion animal and livestock product experience Qualified Veterinarian (advantage only) Product development or technical support experience What We Offer Genuine succession pathway into a Regulatory Affairs & QA Manager role Structured mentoring from an experienced industry leader Broad Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance responsibilities Long-term career development within a growing animal health business Collaborative team environment with strong cross-functional exposure Flexible working arrangements with a primarily office-based role Ready to Take the Next Step?
